Brownie Girl Scout Way

Create a Story Play, or Puppet Show

Share sisterhood through a story, play, or puppet show.

Activity Details

Time needed: 30–45 minutes

Materials needed:  Anything you can find in your home to create a story, play, or puppet show

Activity: “Sisterhood” doesn’t just mean the sisters in your family. All the girls and women who are Girl Scouts try to live by the Girl Scout Law. That’s what makes us a Girl Scout sisterhood. Our Law brings us together—and you can easily practice it!

Create a story, play, or puppet show. Make it about how you try to live the Girl Scout Law. Maybe you can share something you did on a Leadership Journey or a good deed you’re proud of. Tell or perform it for your troop or a family member.

Troop Leaders:  The instructions for all badge steps are available free of charge in your  Girl Scout Volunteer Toolkit.

Girl Scouts at Home activities have been adapted from existing Girl Scout programming and optimized for use at home during a period of social distancing.

Adapted from step 3 of the Brownie Girl Scout Way Badge. This activity is part of the Superhero Girl Scouts Patch. Purchase the badge booklet and visit the Girls are Superheroes page to complete all requirements and earn the patch.
