Taking Charge of Your Well-being

You work hard and you’re proud of all you accomplish, both in your work and in your personal life. But in this time of unprecedented challenges and stress, it’s critical to make sure that you’re not prioritizing mounting responsibilities over your own mental, emotional, and physical health. So how do you prevent burnout when the lines between work and home are blurred? In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, join the Girl Scout Network in collaboration with Aetna, a CVS Health Company, for a panel discussion with Girl Scout alums on how to evaluate your own well-being and make improvements. We’ll also discuss how to set healthy boundaries, build resiliency, and identify signs of distress in loved ones, both children and adults.

We'll hear from:

  • Dr. Deepika Chopra, Optimism Doctor®️️ and Founder, Things Are Looking Up™️
  • Dr. Deborah Fernandez-Turner, Psychiatrist and Medical Director, Aetna
  • Dr. Pooja Lakshmin, Psychiatrist and Author, “Empowered” (Random House, 2023)
  • Moderator: Kate Snow, Senior National Correspondent, NBC News
  • Introduction: Sheryl Burke, Senior Vice President of Cross Enterprise Strategic Innovation, Aetna
